PRIMEHSE Training and Consultancy Private Limited is dedicated to providing a fair and inclusive learning environment for all of its students and businesses from the moment they enroll in a program until they have completed all of the required courses and assessments and earned their desired qualifications or units.
No person’s gender, race, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, or marriage or civil partnership status will ever change this dedication. To support and encourage all applicants to achieve their fullest potential via training and education, We dedicate to treating them with fairness and equality.
We take into account any regional differences or additional equity and diversity legal requirements when providing training in a foreign country.
Equal opportunity and diversity monitoring must be an “active” process that occurs in tandem with the delivery of training by us.
Accessibility concerns and requests for reasonable accommodations, for instance, might not be resolved until the candidate shows up for training.
PRIMEHSE follows the process outlined in the approved provider’s terms and conditions, which are reviewed and revised each year. Accessibility measures consist of making preparations for access, determining what kind of training is required, making appropriate adjustments, and receiving any necessary special considerations.
PRIMEHSE may be audited regularly to evaluate the sincerity with which it promotes diversity and inclusion.
We shall provide all candidates with a copy of the center’s Equality and Diversity Policy to inform them of the center’s and the accrediting body’s commitment to and implementation of equal opportunities. If a candidate has a concern about equal opportunities, they are encouraged to inform the accrediting body at any time so that they can take appropriate action. Candidates are encouraged by PRIMEHSE to contribute information for equality and diversity monitoring, which is then collected on assessment forms and sent back to the relevant certification organizations.
We encourage all candidates to provide feedback to the center and the accreditation body on their learning experience, by completing a feedback form issued at the end of each course, with particular reference to their experience with access and equality of opportunity. Because the training for certified organizations and units takes so long, this method is employed instead of getting face-toface feedback.
We review all comments made by candidates, employers, clients, and other parties who have an interest in the company.
Changes to the center’s rules and processes are implemented without delay if they are deemed necessary to ensure continued compliance.
